    Excellent location right in front of the main gate, fast food options within a minute's walk, nearby shopping mall with a superstore

    The property is quite dated and the furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade!!! There were inconvenient issues like the broken sink tap and the freezing cold rooms that weren't adjustable during our stay!!!

    The room was cozy and clean, with nice amenities. The view of the Haram was decent. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but the shower had good pressure. Overall, comfy vibes, just tight on space. Housekeeping was friendly, which helped.

    I loved the proximity to Masjid Al-Nabawi. it made our trips to the mosque so easy, especially for my elderly parent. The staff truly made our stay enjoyable. Housekeeping was excellent. Every day, Mr Muhammad Moin greeted us with a smile and kept our room clean and well-stocked with towels. Breakfast had a nice variety, but the coffee could definitely use some improvement. I faced some inconvenience with the bathroom sink tap that was broken during our stay, which was disappointing. An old-fashioned look permeated the entire hotel. it definitely felt like stepping back in time. The elevator situation wasn’t ideal during a fire drill. We had to wait on the 8th floor for what felt like hours because it stopped working. Overall, the location and staff made the stay worthwhile, but the hotel could use some updating to meet modern standards.

    We had a wonderful stay at Madinah Hilton Hotel! The King Deluxe Room with Partial Haram View was spacious, elegantly furnished, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were warm and attentive, making sure all our needs were met, especially during the delicious breakfast each morning.

    The check-in process was a bit slow.

    The location is a dream! Just a 2-minute walk to the sacred mosque The staff were amazing, especially during breakfast where they made sure everyone was happy. Plus, the interconnecting rooms were spacious enough for our family to enjoy together!

    Staying here for 4 nights with my family was a delight. The location was perfect, just steps away from the mosque, making it easy for us to visit the Rawda and enjoy our prayers. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the friendly atmosphere, especially the welcoming staff at the breakfast restaurant. A special mention to Muhammad Shahid from housekeeping for his exceptional service. However, extending breakfast hours would enhance the experience further.
